If for any reason you have to cancel the tour at least 60 days prior to the start of a tour, we will refund you 50% of your deposit/payment.
If for any reason you have to cancel the tour at least 30 days prior to a tour date, we can transfer your deposit/payment as a credit towards one of our future tours for up to one year from the date that you cancel.
We offer no refund if you cancel our tour less than 60 days prior to a tour date. We offer no credit if you cancel our tour less than 30 days prior to a tour date.
We strongly recommend getting travel insurance in case of unexpected changes in plans, weather or unforeseen personal circumstances that cause you to cancel your tour.
